Primary Teacher / Counsellor / Centre Head

1. Preschool Teacher (NTT)

Responsibilities:

• Teach foundational concepts to preschool-level students through play-based activities.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and conduct interactive activities for holistic development.
• Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment to foster emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
• Observe and assess children's progress through activities, play, and daily interactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for implementing play-based learning.

2. Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counselling to preschool children.
• Observe and assess children's social and emotional development.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills.
• Provide counselling and support to parents regarding child development and parenting strategies.
• Conduct parent workshops and information sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support children's social and emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with young children and families.
• Strong understanding of child development and behavior management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

3. Centre Head

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the preschool.
• Implement and monitor the preschool's curriculum and educational programs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise preschool staff.
• Manage budgets and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and the community.
• Conduct school tours and manage enrollment processes.
• Market the preschool, and increase enrollment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in preschool management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a 1 team.
