Role & responsibilities

• Utilize your experience in Bench Sales to maintain and grow relationships with white vendors, tier-1 vendors, and consultants.
• Interact effectively with H1B, EAD, and OPT consultants to understand their requirements and facilitate placements.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including profile submission, rate negotiations, and follow-up to ensure successful placements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of different employment types such as W2, Corp to Corp, and 1099.
• Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates and opportunities.
• Negotiate rates, close deals, and coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Keep track of interviews, submissions, and placement statistics.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients and consultants.
