Job Description
- Preparation of PFD/ BFD & necessary documents for mapping of the Production.
- To update and maintain the weekly/ monthly report for all new products.
- Maintain all the necessary data from various location for new product.
- Preparation and review of technical data in the given TDR/ TTD for capacity sheet calculation & New facility Mapping.
- Monitoring of new production scale-up batches & compiling the necessary data from the batches for further optimization/ improvement w.r.t. Quality, Yield & Safety
- To responsible for interaction with cross function team to understand the process.
- Understanding critical process and add value as per requirement.
- Identify the suitable block & availability of equipment's for proposed process.
- To responsible for discussion with safety w.r.t. HAZOP & identify the safety critical areas & precautions.
- Participate in preparation & review of all safety documents i.e. PSI & PHA for the new products.
