Role & responsibilities

• Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online bookings.
• Identify and target key audience segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed KPIs and ROI targets.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and high-quality content tailored to our target audience.
• Manage and optimize content across all digital platforms, including our website and social media channels.
• SEO and SEM:
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
• Manage PPC campaigns, ensuring efficient budget use and maximum return on ad spend.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Track social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics and other digital marketing software to analyze campaign performance.
• Provide regular reports on digital marketing activities and suggest improvements.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
