Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  
• Conduct site visits to understand client needs and provide solutions for their real estate requirements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop effective strategies for closing deals.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by the company.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in B2C Sales, Field Sales, Property Sales, Real Estate Sales, or related fields.
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in using technology tools (e.g., CRM software) for lead management and data analysis.
