Associate - Front-end Investment Banking

Position: Associate - Front-end Investment Banking

Qualification: 1-3 years of relevant experience in front-end/middle-office Investment Banking

Job Responsibilities:

Deal Execution:

- Prepare collaterals including detailed financial models, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data book with analysis and insights.

- Effectively coordinate the due diligence and documentation process, and front-end the relationship with the respective client representatives

- Engagement tracking, reporting and housekeeping (maintaining updated client agreements, NDAs, OPEs, etc.)

- Represent the client's business in investor / buyer-seller interactions

Sector coverage & Support towards Business Development:

- Map assigned segment (product, geography/industry group) and building understanding/expertise of that segment

- Conduct outreach to potential clients and investors

- Maintain a database of companies in assigned segments

- Effectively maintain relationship with investors or company professionals on the deal to have a recall

- Prepare Pitch Documents and other client presentations

- Conduct industry networking on an ongoing basis

Practice Development Support:

- Support practice-level initiatives for lead generation, capability development and brand building (organize or participate in events, marketing programs, etc.)
