ITI Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Battery System: Prototype assembly, maintain assembly record, and repair lithium battery systems in the warehouse. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix electrical/electronic issues, minimize downtime, and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards, use proper lockout/tagout procedures, and promote a safe work culture.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of assembly, repairs, and modifications. Provide regular updates to management.
• Collaboration: Work with assembly teams, suppliers, and manufacturers for seamless operations and technical support.
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and calibrated.
• Ensure work flow, Implement different jigs & fixtures in warehouse.
• Ensure all the battery connections and wiring.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Experience with lithium battery systems (installation, Assembly, troubleshooting) preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards.
• Knowledge about electrical wirings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Knowledge about mechanical basics.
