Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Communications Executive to manage our social media channels, website, and communication strategies. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence, engaging our community, and promoting our brand.

- Develop, curate, and manage content for Inventure Academy s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfil day-to-day social media requirements.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions and track engagement metrics.
- Regularly review and update website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information and create content that reflects the school s activities and achievements.
- Optimize website performance and user experience.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and other school communications.
- Ensure that all communications are aligned with the school s brand and messaging guidelines.
- Support various departments in drafting, editing, and disseminating important announcements.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve the school s search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content.
- Monitor SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on digital marketing activities, including social media engagement, website traffic, and SEO performance.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the school scorecard, Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Head Strategic Initiatives & Communications to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in strategic projects as assigned, based on skills and interest.
- Provide input and support for marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management, website management, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and scorecard management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Adwords, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, WordPress).
