Sales and Business Development:Identify potential clients, prospects, or leads within designated territories or target markets.Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, provide ongoing support, and upsell additional products or services as needed.Market Research and Analysis:Gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities.Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans.Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer expectations in a timely and professional manner.Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance, recommendations, and solutions to meet client needs and objectives.Field Operations and Logistics:Plan and organize daily schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries to maximize productivity and optimize time management.Coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, or third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of products, services, or support to clients in the field.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while conducting business activities in the field.Training and Support:Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff, sales representatives, or channel partners involved in field operations.Share best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance team performance, skills development, and overall effectiveness.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to sales activities, customer interactions, and business transactions.Generate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards to track progress, measure results, and communicate insights to management.Communicate achievements, challenges, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and presentations.
