Office Co - ordinator

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional environment

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate recipients

Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, and ensure that they are maintained and in good working condition

Coordinate with building management and service vendors to ensure a clean, safe, and functional office environment

Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, set-up, and preparation of materials and resources

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

Assist with HR-related tasks such as new hire onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration

Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
