Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to oversee the development and deployment
of advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in AI algorithms, hands-
on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, and the ability to lead
technical teams in solving complex problems. Knowledge of the EdTech domain is a significant
advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and implementation of AI/ML solutions to meet business and
product objectives.

Develop, train, and optimize AI models for:
Computer Vision: Image recognition, object detection, and segmentation.
Natural Language Processing (NLP): Text classification, summarization, and question-
answering systems.

Generative AI: Fine-tuning and deploying generative models, including large language
models (LLMs).
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, leveraging MLOps pipelines for efficient
deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, product
management, and software development, to integrate AI capabilities into products.
Utilize cloud AI platforms (AWS, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI) for scalable model
development and deployment.
Drive adoption of open-source frameworks and tools for AI development and
experimentation.
Establish best practices for coding, testing, and documentation of AI models and
pipelines.

Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering skill development and innovation within
the team.
Stay updated with advancements in AI research and emerging technologies to drive
innovation.
Requirements:

Experience:
7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Hands-on experience with designing and deploying AI models in production
environments.

Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-
learn.

Experience with AI tools and libraries, such as Hugging Face, OpenAI API, or Google AI
tools.

Deep knowledge of algorithms in computer vision, NLP, and generative AI.
Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for AI pipelines and containerization
using Docker and Kubernetes.

Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Google Vertex AI, or Azure
AI.

Domain Knowledge:
Knowledge of EdTech standards and technologies (LTI, xAPI, QTI) is a strong plus.
Understanding of adaptive learning systems and educational content delivery
challenges.

Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience managing technical teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts

Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
