Job Description
Develop and maintain full stack applications using modern software development principles and technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and design, to deliver high-quality products.Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in a variety of programming languages, such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.Implement and maintain back-end technologies, such as databases, APIs, and server-side frameworks.
Develop and maintain front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Participate in agile development processes, such as sprint planning and retrospectives.Mentor junior engineers and share best practices with the team.Participate in technical interviews and help recruit top engineering talent.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
