This position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and leadership teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective solutions. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the implementation of solutions that drive business efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities: Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Create detailed documentation, including process flows, SIPOC diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications. Support project delivery by participating in testing, training, and implementation activities. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, use case diagrams, requirement traceability). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. Familiarity with Palantir Foundry is a plus.
