Informatica Implementation Lead- MDM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Informatica Implementation Lead to lead the implementation and deployment of Informatica solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica PowerCenter, Cloud, and other related tools, with a proven ability to lead complex data integration projects. This role will involve managing a team of developers, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Informatica solutions, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of Informatica developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of project deliverables.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Work closely with business stakeholders and architects to define data integration requirements, and design and architect scalable and efficient Informatica solutions.
• Implementation & Deployment: Oversee the development and deployment of Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions to integrate data from various sources to target systems.
• Customization & Optimization: Customize and optimize Informatica workflows and processes to meet business requirements, ensuring high performance and data accuracy.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that Informatica solutions meet high standards of data quality, integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to data integration and Informatica performance.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for project design, implementations, and processes, ensuring clear knowledge transfer and best practices.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and challenges, proactively finding solutions to mitigate potential delays or setbacks.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements and best practices for Informatica implementations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Training & Development: Provide training to team members on new technologies and tools in the Informatica suite. Stay current with the latest trends and features in the Informatica product suite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
