Role Overview:
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our brand team at iMocha. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting compelling stories, building impactful campaigns to drive brand visibility, detail oriented, creative, and proficient at creating social media strategy and content. You will work closely with the marketing head, as well as content and website teams to leverage iMocha's brand positioning
Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Communication
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy to strengthen iMocha's market position as a leader in skills intelligence.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints including website, maintaining tone, voice, and visual identity.
- Build and manage external communications, working closely with the content team to create press releases, newsletters, blogs, and thought leadership content.
- Work with designers in your team to create brand collateral for events and all campaigns including brochures, datasheets, visiting cards, and other marketing material.
Events and Campaigns
- Plan and manage end-to-end execution of events and roundtables, including both in-person and virtual summits, podcasts, webinars, as per business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Design and implement brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Social Media & Content
- Lead social media strategy and create compelling content for social media to drive engagement and build a community of brand advocates.
- Manage all social channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook and other relevant platforms, focusing on innovation and storytelling.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Manage a team of designers and video editors to create compelling visuals for Social Media & brand campaigns, including video content.
Analyst Relationships and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams to align branding efforts with sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, creative agencies, analysts, and other partners such as Gartner / G2 / EY / Analyst relations to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
Performance Measurement
- Use analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and social media efforts.
- Provide actionable insights to improve brand marketing strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, with relevant experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven experience in managing brand campaigns, social media, corporate events, virtual events, and external communication.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content creation.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working with global markets and audiences.
- Strong creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Canva, or other marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in the HRTech space and skills-first approaches.
