Job Description
- As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our sales team by providing administrative and logistical support
- Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining accurate sales records
- You will also be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies, as well as conducting market research and analysis
- In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the sales team and other departments within the organization
- You will also be tasked with providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen attention to detail
- You should also possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is highly desirable, as is a solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts
