Job Description
IFF is a global leader in food ingredients and flavors industry and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Taste team as an Executive Assistant to VP Flavors/ MD, Indian Sub-Continent.
Your Focus
As an Executive Assistant, you will be working directly with MD / VP Flavors for the Indian sub-continent. You will need to perform a variety of administrative tasks and to support the MD. You should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
This role is Gurgaon, India based.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among local leaders, Direct Reports of the VP Flavors / MD, India Management team and other stakeholders.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage calendars and set up meetings.
- Manage key projects using the agile methodology.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
- Compile information for internal and external communication - emails, presentations, reports.
- Manage meetings end-to-end (pre, during and post)
- Solve critical problems.
What you will need to be successful
- Minimum 10-12 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management/ CEO/ Country Head.
- Comfort / proficiency with excel and powerpoint.
- Project Management Skills.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
