Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings & general meetings.
• Circulation of Minutes of board meetings & General Meetings on time; coordination for signing of financial statement.
• Updation and maintenance of Statutory Registers, Minutes Book etc
• Preparation and filling of Foreign Liabilities & Assets return, single master form/ entity master form compliances, FC GPR / FCTRS Filing.
• Preparation of fixed and event based e-form filing with reports & documents.
• Circular resolution, if any
• Posh compliances
• Compliance of provisions of Company Law and Secretarial Standards
• Dividend payout compliances if any to resident and non resident shareholders.

Other Tasks:

• Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
• Updating Meeting schedules, Dashboard, MIS etc.
• Updating Digital Signatures, KYC etc

Skills Required:

• attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work;
• The capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills;
• A diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members;

• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information;
• A sound grasp of corporate governance issues
• Dealing with RBI/AD Bank on FEMA matters

Qualification: B.com / M. Com preferred CS / ICSA

Work Experience: 1- 4 Years as a CS

Salary CTC Range: As per market standard

Job Location: Hinjewadi Phase I, Pune. Near Wipro Circle, Beside Dassault Systems.
