Key Responsibilities:

• ROI Achievement: Oversee business development activities to ensure the return on investment (ROI) for all team members and initiatives.
• Sales Growth: Lead sales efforts, ensuring the achievement of sales targets in international markets, particularly in the mechanical engineering sector.
• Brand Value Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the companys brand value index in global markets, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Team Development: Provide hands-on training, mentoring, and support to the team to maximize their potential and performance.
• Communication: Foster excellent communication with internal teams and clients, ensuring clear, concise, and effective messaging.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of business development or sales experience in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on international markets.
• Skills: Strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering products and services, with the ability to translate technical knowledge into business strategies.
