Internal Auditor

Role & responsibilities

1. To conduct and complete audits as per the scheduled plan and policy for the quarter.

2. Ensure to plan & allocate pre-audit exercise as per the set guidelines

3. Regulate cost and work within the budget allocated to the department.

4. Detection of employee frauds within a stipulated time

5. Recommend suggestions to review and simplify audit process from time to time and sent to modify the same to suit the needs of the management

6. Manage reports of critical/significant audit observations

7. Provide a quarterly input on process/training improvements which can be done basis audit findings.

8. Conduct ad hoc branch refresher training wherever required.

9. Monitor and manage audit reports (depth, coverage, data, presentation, etc.) to be assessed by audit report reviewing authority.

10. Audit reports to be submitted in time with the branch and HO basis on critical/significant findings

11. Incessantly evolve the process to increase the efficiency of the processes in the relevant manual of instructions for businesses

12. Effectively conclude the audits with appropriate and conclusive discussion with the auditees to ensure there are no concerns or disputes which were raised post publishing the report.

Interact with the relevant departments internally to ensure smooth functioning of the process
