Manager - International Taxation

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience, specializing in international tax, compliances within a dynamic, IT/Engineering services environment.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing tax benefits optimization, tax refund/offset optimization, tax compliance across multiple International jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tax Benefits Analysis: Demonstrated experience in analyzing and leveraging continuous tax benefits and incentives offered by various countries for international /global organizations.

- Global Tax Refund / Offset Optimization: Expertise in identifying and managing VAT and tax refund opportunities across countries, ensuring compliance and maximizing refund or offset potential.

- International Tax Compliance: Manage end-to-end international tax compliance, including timely payments and filing of VAT, corporate tax returns, and accurate reporting for jurisdictions such as the US, Canada, UK, and Germany.

- Reporting & Filings: Oversee accurate and timely submission of tax filings, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.

- Ad Hoc Compliance Support: Provide support in transfer pricing activities, assist in maintaining General Ledgers (GLs), and offer support during tax audits.

- Risk Management: Identify potential tax risks and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate compliance issues.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

- Proven expertise in international/global tax incentive / benefit optimization, global tax refund optmization, tax compliance, especially across the US, Canada, UK, and Germany.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
