This role is ideal for fresh LLB graduates or final-year law students eager to gain hands-on experience in dispute resolution, legal research, and contract review. The intern will have the opportunity to work on real-world cases, contribute to dispute strategies, and support the team in ensuring compliance with legal standards.Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing disputes by conducting legal research and drafting case summaries. * Support the preparation of documentation for ongoing disputes, including drafting responses, notices, and rejoinders. * Maintain a repository of dispute-related documents and help track deadlines for filings and responses. * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing various contracts, such as commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and client agreements. * Research case laws, regulations, and best practices related to dispute resolution and prepare concise reports. Requirements: * LLB degree (fresh graduate or final-year law student). * Interest in dispute resolution, arbitration, and contracts. * Basic understanding of Indian laws related to disputes, contracts, and arbitration. * Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. * Effective communication and collaboration abilities. * Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
