Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Excel, and Photoshop. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and develop design concepts that meet their needs.
• Design Planning: Create detailed interior design plans, including layouts, color schemes, lighting, furniture, and materials selection.
• 3D Modeling: Utilize SketchUp and Enscape to create 3D models and renderings that accurately represent the proposed designs.
• Technical Drawings: Produce precise technical drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD for construction and installation purposes.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project, providing updates and addressing any concerns or modifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
• Material Selection: Research and source appropriate materials and furnishings, ensuring they meet quality and budgetary requirements.
• Budget Management: Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, specifications, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Excel, and Photoshop.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
