Key Responsibilities:

Inspiring Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, site supervisors, and contractors from concept to completion.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging creative excellence and professional growth.

Creative Design & Flawless Execution:

• Conceptualize and develop exceptional, functional, and aesthetically striking interior spaces tailored to client needs.
• Oversee detailed design development, including drawings, 3D models, and stunning renderings using advanced tools.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity, quality standards, and timely project completion.
• Manage material procurement and vendor coordination to bring design visions to life flawlessly.

Client-Centric Sales & Relationship Management:

• Be the driving force in client interactions, ensuring a seamless and engaging design journey.
• Deliver compelling presentations that showcase design concepts, budgets, and project timelines.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities, networking with potential clients, architects, and industry leaders.
• Lead contract negotiations, prepare accurate BOQs, and ensure transparent cost estimations.

Project Administration & Market Excellence:

• Streamline project workflows by managing documentation, budgets, and schedules efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to maintain top-tier quality and smooth project execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and sustainability innovations to deliver cutting-edge interior solutions.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in interior design, project execution, and client management.
• A strong portfolio featuring high-end residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects.
• Proficiency in leading design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, D5 Render, and Vantage.
• Expertise in BOQs, cost estimation, and sales quotations.
• Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining excellence and meeting deadlines.
