Roles and Responsibilities

• The Key Account Manager is responsible for the sales performance of MT Chains - Thrissur to Kasargod locations.
• Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with the business strategy.
• Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channels.
• Develop and manage a long-term customer strategy and relationship with key accounts.
• Define and lead the process of negotiating annual customer trade terms.
• Lead and develop the Key Accounts Team.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving the company's objective and vision.
• Achieve all key sales measures and targets for national accounts (Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spends).
• The incumbent would be responsible for scaling and building the business
• Strategy formation and Growth planning
• Right utilization of the budgets for key accounts.
• Develop and implement a Modern Trade Strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate must have MT experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Sales Management, Planning, and Operational Skills
• MBA graduates with minimum 6 years of experience in Modern Trade
