Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)

will play a critical role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with department heads and employees. The HRBP will support the Coimbatore office in driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP).

Location: Coimbatore, India. Responsibilities. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Lead talent acquisition efforts (workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention). Develop and implement talent development programs (training, performance management, succession planning). Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.

Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans. Drive the performance management process (goal setting, performance reviews, feedback). Coach and support managers in managing employee performance and development. Oversee compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis for data-driven decisions. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years experience in HR and 5 years of experience in as HR business partner,. HR Generalist similar role.

Must have experience in Gevidence handling, employee engagement, Exit process. Must have good experience in Performance management. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
