Design Engineer

Design Engineer - Wet Seal Systems/Gas Seal Systems/CouplingsExperience - above 1 to 7  yearsNotice Period - 0-30 Days max must :

Key Responsibilities: • Creating General Arrangement Drawings, Detailed component drawings, piping drawings, structural drawings using Solidedge3D model. • Issue complete manufacturing drawing package for manufacturing plant. • 3D-modeling in Solid edge and building 3D library in Team center. • Creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) • Creation of all necessary tool drawings for manufacturing. 

• Instrumentation and Components Datasheets Preparation
• Calculation of all process equipment according to the specified specifications.
•   Design according to various international standards for pressure vessels 
• Assigning the tasks to CAD Draughtsman and review, validates their output
  
  Required Skills and experience Education
• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering with 3 to 5 years relevant Industrial experience (or) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6 years relevant industrial experience Industry Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in detailed drafting in Pressure Vessels /Filters/ Piping / Seal support systems or similar fluid control systems products or Complex Machineries or process equipment.
• Strong hands-on skills in Solid Edge 3D/2D with customization & library creation for 3D part, subassemblies & main assemblies.
•  Work experience in Solid Edge 3D CAD automation project in Engineering service companies and sound CAD programming skills will be added advantage. 
•  Should have very good application knowledge of GD&T in Design of precision assemblies
• Good analytical skills and technical background

• Team player with well-developed interpersonal skills
• Customer service and business oriented. Target and results driven • Work experience in Solid Edge 3D CAD automation project in Engineering service companies and sound CAD programming skills will be added advantage.
