Manager - Human Resources

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at Nariman Point, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all HR functions, including recruitment, operations, and policy framework. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday) within a vibrant and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Recruitment: Talent acquisition, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.
• HR Operations: Pay-roll management, human resource management systems (HRMS), staffing solutions, and capacity planning.
• HR Policy Framework: Development and implementation of HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Employee Relations: Fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns.
• Training and Development: Designing and implementing professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
