Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong foundation in SQL and Tableau, complemented by desirable skills in Python and data modeling. The ideal candidate should excel in analytical thinking, storytelling, and possess a profound understanding of data analytics. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract insights, influence business decisions, and enhance our analytical capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Utilize advanced SQL skills to query and analyze large datasets, extracting meaningful insights to support decision-making.

2. Employ analytical thinking to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data.

3. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key performance indicators and business metrics.

4. Apply data modeling knowledge to design and optimize database structures that align with business requirements.

5. Leverage Python programming skills for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks.

6. Contribute to the development and implementation of analytical solutions, working together with the technical team.

7. Develop and deliver compelling data-driven stories to communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, ensuring alignment with analytical goals.

9. Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.

You Must Have:

3-5 years of relevant experience as an Analyst with a focus on SQL and Tableau.

Experience with Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio to develop effective data models

Good experience in scripting and querying languages such as Python, SQL and others.

Understanding of Descriptive Statistics and proficiency in hypothesis testing and interpreting results.

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail, self-managed, strong data and problem solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
