• Recruiting, training, and coaching telesales agents.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and insurance partners.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and processes related to telesales operations.
• Maintaining Operational Hygiene for Team Leaders and Telecallers.
• Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Developing and implementing incentive programs to motivate and reward top performers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as operations, marketing and product development, to enhance the sales process
