Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join the Instyn team and spearhead the promotion and sale of our activity-based learning curriculum books and kits for students in grades LKG to Grade 5. This role involves building relationships with school principals, administrators, and decision-makers, ensuring the adoption of Instyn's STEAM-aligned curriculum in schools.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the K-8 education or publishing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Outreach:
- Identify and approach potential schools in the designated territory to promote Instyn's curriculum solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as school principals, owners, and curriculum coordinators.
Product Presentation & Sales:
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations highlighting the unique aspects of Instyn's LKG to Grade 5 curriculum, focusing on activity-based learning, STEAM, robotics, and alignment with NEP 2020.
- Understand and address schools' specific needs to position Instyn products as the optimal choice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner schools to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for schools, providing guidance on curriculum implementation and addressing queries or concerns.
Market Intelligence:
- Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the education sector.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the management team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Education, Business, or a related discipline).
Experience:
- 2-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in the education or publishing sector.
- Experience dealing with school decision-makers and understanding of K-8 education products is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
