Role & responsibilities

• File management, scheduling appointments, and assisting with day-to-day operations
• Perform routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
• Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and maintain office supplies
• Provide administrative support to office staff and management
• Answer phones, route calls, and respond to inquiries
• Organize and maintain office records and documentation
• Receiving and dispatching couriers.
• Maintaining manual records in registers.
