Position: Instrumentation & Control Engineer

Work Location: Bangalore, India

Education: B.E / B.Tech

Experience: 3+ Years of Experience

Job Description:

• 3+ years of experience in instrumentation design and drafting, preferably in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Power industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), EPLAN, AVEVA Instrumentation, or similar tools.
• Develop instrumentation design and drafting deliverables such as instrument layouts, cable tray routing, hook-up drawings, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and panel layouts.
• Prepare P&ID markups for instrumentation and control systems.
• Prepare P&ID markups for instrumentation and control systems.
• Design and route instrument cable trays, conduits, and wiring in compliance with project and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other discipline designers to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems.
• Perform instrument take-offs, cable schedules, and JB schedules.
• Work with vendors to incorporate instrumentation details into project drawings.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISA, IEC, and NEC.

Tools Required: AutoCAD or MicroStation or SPI or Aveva Instrumentation
