Job Description
- To ensure the daily management activities of the plant related to instrumentation deptt.
- To ensure maximized availability & reliability of Instrumentation system for efficient process control and measure.
- To reduce the outsourcing by upgrading In house skills through On Job Training
- To maintain the Breakdown analysis activities for major failures resulting in production losses
- Predictive & Preventive Maintenance in all business processes
- Maintaining of all master instruments in calibration lab
- Coordinate with contractors for job planning and execution.
- Coordinate with J.Es and technicians for job execution in a timely and systematic manner.
- To ensure installation and commissioning of New Equipments as per drawings and manuals.
- Control system loop Configuration and Revisions in ISO Document.
- Communication with vendors for technical clarification
- Ensure compliance to health and safety standards in Department/plant
