Role & responsibilities

1. **Student Outreach and Recruitment:**

- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective MBA students.

- Conduct outreach efforts to attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as college fairs, information sessions, and online platforms.

- Build relationships with potential applicants to encourage them to apply for the MBA program.

2. **Admissions Guidance:**

- Provide detailed information about the MBA program, including curriculum, faculty, career opportunities, and admission requirements.

- Assist prospective students in understanding the application process, including deadlines, required documents, and any additional requirements.

- Offer guidance and support to applicants throughout the entire admissions journey, from initial inquiry to acceptance.

3. **Interview Coordination:**

- Conduct interviews with prospective MBA students to assess their motivation, goals, and fit for the program.

- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both applicants and interviewers.

- Provide feedback to the admissions committee based on interview performance and candidate impressions.

4. **Events and Engagement:**

- Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as campus tours, open houses, and networking receptions.

- Engage with alumni, current students, and faculty to showcase the MBA program's strengths and foster a sense of community among stakeholders.
