Open Position - Associate Manager / Manager - Company Secretary / Semi Qualified CS / LLB
Job Description:
Conduct in-depth research on various legal and regulatory matters related to corporate governance, compliances across the industries.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings for various clients and stakeholders.
Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards and assess their impact on the various clients and Stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
Qualified CS Fresher / Semi Qualified CS / LLB
Well versed with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations.
Aware about latest industry trends and best practices in company secretarial and corporate governance areas.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and drafting skills
Experience in developing and managing partnerships with external clients and organizations.
