- The Customer Support Executive is also known as the Travel Consultant (Customer Support). He/She answers customers' travel queries in airline ticketing arrangements, hotel accommodations and attractions.
- He/She answers queries on products and services, and provides up-to-date pricing and availability information. He/She also provides accurate visa requirements and application details at the time of ticketing.
