Artificial Intelligence Architect (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a long-term AI strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Design and implement robust and scalable AI architectures, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and deployment strategies.

- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.

- Oversee the development and training of advanced machine learning models, such as deep neural networks and reinforcement learning algorithms.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability, quality, and security of data for AI initiatives.

- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and business analysts, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations related to AI development and deployment, ensuring responsible and fair AI practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and identify opportunities to apply these technologies to solve complex business problems.

Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical modeling techniques.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies.

- Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, including data pipelines, data warehousing, and data lakes.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address challenges in AI projects.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proven leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams.

- Advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with MLOps and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.

- Familiarity with AI ethics and bias mitigation techniques.

- Experience with AI governance and regulatory compliance.
