Graduate Sales & Marketing Executive Printing Congo Africa

We are an offset / digital printing company based in DR Congo, Africa - We are looking for a mature, responsible, motivated, enthusiastic, honest, energetic Junior / Graduate Sales and Marketing Executive with Experience in offset / digital printing.

You will be Responsible for:

1. Customer relationship building & engaging customers for business opportunities.
2. Preparation of Tenders and follow up with clients
3. Quote submission as per RFQ requirements.
4. Preparation of costing / proformas etc.
5. Price negotiation with customer and update internal team about deviations to meet customer requirements.
6. Follow up on quotes and update management on developments.
7. Flag out to operations if any price mismatch against customers expectations.
8. Look for new business
9. Achieve monthly sales targets.
10. You will be required to work independently to achieve monthly targets.
11. You will be Responsible for revenue generation and achieving monthly sales target.
12. You should be a graduate in Marketing with an understanding of traditional and emerging market channels. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. It should be excellent in communication with the ability to handle all marketing channels with writing emails.
    

1. You must have experience in Offset Printing Industry (minimum 5 Years)
2. Should have knowledge of all Offset Machines
3. Must posses leadership skills and have technical knowledge on printing machines, costing and equipment.

4. Should have worked in a commercial printing press before.

5. Be able to manage and head your team successfully.

We are looking for an active young individual who is willing to move to DR Congo in Africa for a minimum 2 year contract. This individual will be very proactive, enthusiastic, motivated and will be willing to move up the ladder in the company.

English language is a must, French knowledge is highly regarded. Applications from all over the world are welcome.

1. You will be required to stay in Congo for a duration of 2 years minimum term contract.

2. Salary will be between $900 and $1000 per month depending on your experience. You will be provided with sharing accommodation in large size house, with TV, servant and cook. Gym facility is also provided. Transport to work is provided by company. Security is also provided, and Congo is a relatively safe country.

3. Congo is very different to India, so you will be required to adapt to different culture and atmosphere easily.

4. You must be between 22 to 45 years.

5. You must be young and energetic and have some knowledge of printing machines and costing and be very proactive, dedicated and responsible.

6. You must be able to manage a team of 5 - 10 staff.

7. You must be a non drinker or light drinker.

8. You must not have any health issues and must be active and physically fit.

9. You are willing to take up a new challenge in life to progress and be promoted in the company.

10. We expect that you have experience in all of the above prior to coming to Congo.

11. We require a deposit of 50,000 rupees from you on acceptance of our offer. This deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days after arriving to congo. The reason for this deposit is so that we know you are serious and you will not change your mind after we begin applying for your visa and purchase your air ticket.
