Collection Executive

Role & responsibilities -

• Debt Recovery: Follow up with customers via phone calls, emails, and visits (if required) to collect overdue payments.
• Payment Negotiation: Work with customers to create feasible repayment plans and negotiate settlements when necessary.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection progress.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in debt collection, accounts receivable, or customer service.

• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.
• Knowledge of credit policies, legal aspects of collections, and recovery processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets.
