Job Description
- Handle Company Law related Secretarial work for all the companies / LLPs.
- Handle Legal work related to LLP Act, Get new company / LLP names approved
- Get new company / LLP incorporated - with proper LLP Deed and Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- File all forms with ROC /MCA in time
- Maintain all Minutes Books for all the companies and LLPs
- Maintain shareholding, share transfer etc and all the legal records
- File Annual Return, write all Directors Report, AGM / EGM Notices, Explanatory statements etc.
- Advise on Company law related matters and help in due diligence
- Help in other legal matters as and when they occur
- Qualification - Company Secretary
- Experience - Minimum 1 year of Experience in handling CS related work for Pvt. Ltd companies LLPs
- Experience in Real estate industry will be preferred (Not mandatory)
- Highly organized, efficient with MS Word Excel
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
