Role Overview:
- We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager with 1-5 years of experience to join our team at Insignia Communications Pvt. Ltd.
- This full-time, on-site role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key client accounts, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships.
- The role demands a proactive approach to understanding client needs, industry trends, and positioning our offerings to maximize revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Development & Sales Growth:
- Develop and manage key client accounts within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors to achieve sales objectives.
- Identify new business prospects and pursue targeted growth opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve aligned sales targets and objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing effective solutions.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any challenges.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Monitor industry trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Leverage knowledge of pharma and healthcare markets to strategically position company offerings.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Coordinate with marketing, product development, and operational teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide insights from client interactions to refine strategies and improve product offerings.
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Pharmaceutical Marketing, with a solid understanding of the pharma/healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building professional relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure contracts and drive successful business partnerships.
- Technical proficiency in understanding product specifications and translating them to meet client needs.
