Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in executing and optimizing paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adept in utilizing various platforms and tools for effective campaign management, ensuring optimal ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Ads Management & Optimization:

• Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing paid ads on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn is mandatory.
• Experience in Snapchat ads and programmatic advertising is an added advantage.

2. Data Analysis & Media Planning:

• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and media planning.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance using data from Google Analytics, CRMs, Shopify, or similar platforms to drive campaign optimization.

3. Campaign Execution:

• Must have experience in managing both website lead generation and D2C purchase campaigns.
• Experience in B2B campaigns is an added advantage.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct research on different tools for audience insights, market trends, competitor strategies, and ad performance.

5. Copywriting & A/B Testing:

• Strong copywriting skills for creating ad copy, landing pages, and funnels.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, ad copy, landing pages, and funnel optimization to improve conversion rates.

6. Campaign Optimization:

• Expertise in campaign optimization using multiple tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, backend data from Shopify or other platforms.

7. Automation & AI Tools:

• Working knowledge of automation and AI generative tools for campaign enhancement and content creation.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of paid ad platforms: Google, Meta, LinkedIn (Snapchat and programmatic ads are a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and media planning.
• Copywriting skills with experience in creating compelling ad copies and landing pages.
• Expertise in A/B testing and optimization strategies.
• Ability to work with various tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, and eCommerce backend platforms like Shopify.
• Knowledge of automation and AI tools for campaign optimization.
