Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Interpret and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and system documentation.
3. Business Intelligence and Reporting:
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making. Utilize BI tools and technologies to create actionable insights.
4. Project Management:
Lead and participate in projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Coordinate with project stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage project timelines.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to align business objectives with technology solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
6. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Recommend and implement enhancements to existing business processes.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and business intelligence. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and meetings. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Project management experience is a plus.
