Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (50% Backend & 50% Frontend)

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to work on both backend and frontend development of web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance solutions with Java on the backend and modern web technologies on the frontend.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
2. Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for both backend and frontend.
5. Ensure high-quality code by following best practices, conducting code reviews, and writing tests.

Basic Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of professional experience in Java full-stack development.
2. Strong knowledge of backend technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
3. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
4. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and version control (Git).
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
2. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
3. Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
4. Familiarity with microservices architecture.
5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
