Applications Specialist

• To meet with customers to understand their requirements of application and business requirements.
• To provide application training to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales team to ensure the technical integrity before delivery to the customer.
• Provide installation support, training, troubleshooting and maintenance support of assigned region and/or customer base.
• Provide good quality printing samples for potential customers.
• Present and explain about the Scodix and Fujifilm Machine to potential prospects and existing customers ( Demo )
• Documenting and reporting the work progress using Salesforce
• Support Trade Shows and Marketing Events activities as and when required.

Required Skills/competencies for the role :

• Knowledge of different softwares like - Adobe, corel, Photoshop etc
• Be service-oriented and customer-focused
• Knowledge or Experience of Color Management.

Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience

Educational Requirements : Must have printing experience, either work experience or educational experience.

Age Limit : 20-45 years
