Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Effectively handle Elite Client qualification and sales process through team of tele - executive
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and inspire a inbound team to consistently exceed targets.
• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, analyze metrics, and adjust tactics to ensure consistent success.
• Reporting: Deliver insightful reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure all toll-free operations adhere to process standards and industry regulations.

• Knowledge of CRM tools with a strong ability to analyze and leverage sales metrics for growth.
