Inside Sales Executive B2B

Role & responsibilities

Handle SMB Customers so as to generate sales revenue. Should be proficient in handling conversations with business clients.

• Communication with customers, Making Outbound calls potential customers and following up the leads.
• Should have good understanding of Sales and has preferably handled SME/SMB accounts earlier
• Develop a database of qualified leads from the data assigned through telephone canvassing.
• Prospecting, negotiation, freezing commercials and closing deals with necessary documentation.
• Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects so as to generate sales revenue.

Preferred candidate profile

Looking for Candidates from B2B Hardware sales (Laptop).

Graduate (Technical graduate would be preferred)

Min 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales

Good knowledge and understating of Computer Hardware

Fluency in Hindi/English is a must.
