Associate Staff engineer (Infor M3)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience with Infor OS/Xi Platform, Mingle, Infor Document Management, and ION Workflows.
• Experience with Infor M3 development tools on both on-premises and CloudSuite products, including MEC (M3 Enterprise Collaborator), Jscript, IDM Forms, Mashups, Event Hub, and Web Services.
• Basic knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and XML.
• Strong expertise in integrating applications with Infor M3 ERP using Infor ION integration platform.
• Experience designing and implementing Infor ION workflows, events, and extensions.
• Familiarity with APIs, message processing, and integration.
• Proven experience with ERP implementation or support projects.
• Proficiency in data migration and integration processes.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions effectively.
• Familiarity with Infor implementation methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work on client-related projects.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Infor XtendM3 Certification (preferred).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop solutions using Infor M3 and Infor ION tools.
• Build resilient, scalable, and distributed solutions that integrate with Infor M3 ERP.
• Design and implement ION workflows, extensions, and event-based solutions.
• Develop solutions using MEC, Jscript, Mashups, and Event Hub across platforms.
• Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
• Work on APIs and message processing for seamless integrations.
• Execute data migration and ensure proper integration of systems.
• Actively troubleshoot, problem-solve, and deliver solutions for client projects.
• Leverage Infor methodologies to drive successful implementations.
• Act as a technical mentor, enabling the team to adopt best development practices.
• Effectively communicate with clients and teams to articulate solutions and deliverables.
