Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for visual design, and a formal education from a reputed design institute. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviours of users.
• Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the delivery of user-friendly designs.
• Design high-fidelity visual interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Utilise design thinking to solve complex problems and create intuitive user journeys.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving the companys design system and visual design standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputed design institute.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in UX design or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first approach.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout, etc.).
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) or tools like Framer, Builder.io
• Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
